Based on Antonis' compositions the music is developing in collective improvisations. Combination of arithmetical structures and spontaneous decisions. Studioprize 2005 of the Culture Senat in Berlin. "All the pieces except one (Free), are compositions of Anissegos and are named numerously: One, Two, Three... till Seven. By saying "compositions" we refer to basic themes, that are also appearing in the structures of the pieces. These themes resolve and develop with improvised processes and meet on their way some familiar elements of latin music (Four), rock and jazz. Melodies with an allusive tonality and big intervals, difficult but well functioning phrases, hypnotic melodies, ecstatic rhythms and extended sound trips. Indeed, their sound is a cluster of arithmetical provisions and spontaneous decisions. The parts of the two drummers are significant. Often in a high degree of synthesis (like on the masterful opening track Three) they apply a jazz trio colour, with unbelievable musicality on the drumming. Also great are Two and One, but their greatest moment is perhaps the last track Seven. Astonishing! You could easily loose yourself in the trapdoor that opens under your feet... Just listen to it."
