The Bahama Soul Club (Germany)
Following the smashing success of The JuJu Orchestra, the creative team around Oliver Belz has come up with the next step: A delicious clash of soul, jazz and latin, with a special love to modern bossa nova! Overwhelming response and massive statements around the globe - from radio stations as well as established clubs approves the early praises of the scene and gave kudos to the to producers. The first release - a 7" vinyl - called "But Rich Rhythms", was featured on BBC radio6 in "The Best Of 2007 Retrospective" by Craig Charles. The following album "Rhythm Is What Makes Jazz Jazz" did the same and was featured on the BBC/UK show "The Best Albums 2008" |
